We manufacture a very short shelf life product used for diagnosis of cancer in patients, shipped from our two sites located in the North of England to various sites across England and Scotland twice each day.

The timing for both pick-up and delivery are carefully planned where even a few minutes delay can impact on patient care so requires the very highest levels of service, delivery and performance.

We have now been using P2P for over 3 years using a fleet of 9 drivers and vehicles backed up by a small but equally critical number of approved and ADR qualified subcontractors.

The service has been consistently excellent and professional - vehicles are always clean and well maintained, we are supported by proactive communications from both drivers and management combined, and can track all our vehicles in real time.

As a result, we have significantly improved our ability to support our customers since moving to P2P.

P2P collect and process palletised consignments from our warehouse on a daily basis and due to the dynamics of our operation this can be up to 60 pallets at very short notice.

The P2P administration staff are courteous, efficient and have developed a proactive approach and understanding of our customer base.

Online job progress and POD’s improve communication. Every consignment is equally important and when they are input I am confident that they will be delivered, whichever service is requested.
